FIRM DESCRIPTION
RODRIGUEZ
& QUINCOCES P.A., formerly ROBERT W. RODRIGUEZ, P.A., was organized
February 1, 1991 by Robert W. Rodriguez, (Florida International University
Law School J.D. 1990). Mr. Rodriguez, practiced with the in-house
counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company located in Fort Lauderdale,
Florida upon admittance into the Florida Bar in October 1990, before
entering private practice. His primary area of practice is in real
property law.
Ana
Quincoces (Florida International University, B.S., 1986 and Nova University
Law School J.D., 1990) joined the firm in June 1992 and focuses primarily
on title examination of real property title.
The
firm has been approved as class counsel in the following class action
claims: 1. Varela v. Department of Agriculture (Citrus Canker Claim
by Miami-Dade County residents); and 2. Rodriguez, et. Al v. Florida
Rock and Rinker (Rock mining blasting claim by Miami-Dade County residents).
PRIMARY AREAS OF PRACTICE
The
Firm has extensive experience in transactional Real Estate related
matters. Primary concentration is found in the efficient handling
of Real Estate Closing for Mortgage Lenders, Buyers and Sellers. The
firm also engages in personal injury, medical malpractice and class
action litigation on a limited selection basis.
PROFILE
The
firm is located in the rapidly expanding commercial area of Miami.
Three (3) paralegals, thoroughly experienced in real estate closings,
give the firm its reputation of fast and efficient service in the
closing and title agent real estate market.
The
firm's primary dedication is to the efficient administration of real
estate closings for its clients. The staff is deeply committed to
serving the firms clients by constant attendance at various seminars
as they pertain to real estate closings and real estate title insurance
related matters in general.
The
automated computer software programs in place at the firm make for
efficient and less time consuming real estate closings.
The
firm=s litigation practice is limited primarily to personal injury,
medical malpractice and class action litigation on a limited selection
basis.
PRACTICE SUMMARY
The
needs of the firm's clients are first and foremost. Currently the
firm is approved by various in-state and out-of-state lenders. The
firm=s current underwriter, Attorney's Title Insurance Fund, is the
most conservative and essentially risk-free underwriter in the title
insurance market.
The
firm=s dedication and pursuit of justice have led it inevitably into
litigation. Most notably, class action litigation. Representing and
championing the causes of our clients on a class wide basis has afforded
the firm recognition among other competing firms in the South Florida
area.
